## One balance supports different kinds of customer work.

Your plan adds its included credits each month, including on longer billing terms. After those credits are used, each extra credit uses the plan's listed price.

- Economy AI replies use 1 credit; Standard AI replies use 2.
- Each template message uses 1 credit, including messages sent by automations, broadcasts, and review flows.
- A completed Order Operations request uses 30 credits only after Burbuxa checks the promised result.
- Credits track Burbuxa usage across assistant replies, messages, and completed operations.

The trial lasts 7 days. Included credits match your selected plan: 200 with Takeoff, 1,600 with Orbit, or 4,000 with Infinity. Economy responses use 1 credit, Standard responses use 2, and template messages use 1.

### Can I buy additional credits?

Burbuxa has plan-eligible credit packs and extra-credit rates. Availability and effective rate depend on the active plan.

### When does an Order Operations request use credits?

A verified completed return or exchange uses 30 credits. A verified whole-order delivery-address change completed before shipment also uses 30 credits. Requests that are denied, cancelled, failed, expired, duplicated, unchanged, marked incomplete by your team, or unresolved do not use the operation fee.

### What are Economy and Standard AI replies?

Your store uses one of these two assistant response tiers. An Economy reply uses 1 credit and a Standard reply uses 2. Total monthly use also depends on reply volume and other enabled workflows.

### What is the monthly credit guide?

It shows expected monthly use for the plan. Service continues beyond the guide at the listed price for each extra credit. Infinity has no monthly guide.

### What happens when the trial ends?

You select a plan during trial setup. The selected plan renews automatically after the 7-day trial unless you cancel before it ends.
