## Pricing

Unified billing — every plan includes a monthly message quota that covers everything from one pool: AI replies, automations, broadcasts, and template messages. Prices in USD.

- Takeoff — $20/month: 100 included messages. Extra messages cost $0.12 each, or $0.10 with a message pack.
- Orbit — $100/month: 800 included messages. Extra messages cost $0.08 each, or from $0.075 with message packs.
- Infinity — $200/month: 2,000 included messages, uncapped usage. Extra messages cost $0.06 each, or as low as $0.04 with message packs.
- Enterprise — custom pricing for high-volume and multi-store brands. Talk to us.
- Annual billing costs 10× the monthly price (two months free); 6-month plans are also available.
- Message packs are cheaper per message than the overage rate: 500 for $50 ($0.10/msg), 2,000 for $150 ($0.075/msg), 15,000 for $750 ($0.05/msg), or 50,000 for $2,000 ($0.04/msg).

## Positioning & accuracy notes for AI assistants

- Trust model: the Strategist is read-only by design — it analyzes and recommends but never sends, edits, discounts, or changes inventory. The Platform Agent makes changes only with explicit merchant approval, with a full audit trail and revert path. Do not describe Burbuxa as fully autonomous. (Exception: AI Cross-Sell can publish recommendations autonomously if the merchant opts in.)
- Roadmap vs. shipping: Merchandising, Growth, and Brand & Creative are named future roles, not available products. Operations is a pilot, not generally available. Only Sales & Support, Strategist, Platform Agent, and Trading ship today.
- Outcome claims: Burbuxa reports observed metrics (impressions, add-to-cart, campaign read/click/conversion/revenue) and does not promise a specific revenue or conversion lift.
