Burbuxa

Back in Stock

Keep the shopper's intent when the product is unavailable.

Burbuxa can collect the request on supported storefront product pages or through Burbujita after the shopper asks for the alert or accepts its offer, keep the exact product or variant interest, and send an eligible WhatsApp alert when inventory returns.

The trial lasts 7 days. Included credits match your selected plan: 200 with Takeoff, 1,600 with Orbit, or 4,000 with Infinity. You select a plan during trial setup. A payment method is required, and the selected plan renews automatically after the trial unless you cancel.

Storefront forms support Shopify and Tiendanube. Conversational capture is available when Back in Stock is enabled, its automation is active, and Burbujita has product access.

How it works

From unavailable variant to eligible alert

  1. 01

    Detect availability

Burbuxa checks the current product or selected variant in connected catalog data.

  2. 02

    Collect the request

The shopper submits the storefront form, asks Burbujita for the alert, or explicitly accepts its offer.

  3. 03

    Store the exact target

Burbuxa records the store, exact product or variant, WhatsApp contact target, and request state.

  4. 04

    Observe inventory return

A regular stock check and store data identify requests whose target is available again.

  5. 05

    Start the alert workflow

An eligible request can enter the configured Back in Stock alert automation.

What it can do

01

Conversation-aware capture

When Back in Stock is enabled and its automation is active, Burbujita can offer an alert for the exact unavailable item and save it only after the shopper explicitly asks or clearly accepts.

  • Current WhatsApp chat number
  • Instagram and Messenger ask for a WhatsApp number. Local numbers use the store country unless the shopper provides an international country code or names another country.
  • No inferred acceptance
02

Variant-aware storefront form

React to a shopper's selected variant so an available option does not show the unavailable-product request.

  • Product and variant target
  • Theme placement
  • Localized copy
03

Phone validation and rate limits

Check the phone number format and apply limits per phone, visitor, store, and product.

  • Country code
  • Duplicate handling
  • Abuse limits
04

Separate consent state

Record the operational availability request without treating optional marketing consent as automatic.

  • Clear choice
  • Separate purposes
  • Saved preference
05

Automation handoff

Tie an eligible inventory return to the configured back-in-stock alert workflow and selected sender.

  • Availability check
  • Request status
  • Alert progress

Track each request and alert

Burbuxa records each request and alert so your team can compare notifications with later purchases in store data.

Shopper trust

Set a clear expectation for the selected item.

The form and assistant should describe the product-specific WhatsApp notification accurately and keep marketing consent separate.

  • 01Show the form only for an unavailable item or variant.
  • 02Create a conversational request only after explicit shopper acceptance.
  • 03Keep optional marketing consent separate from the availability request.
  • 04Tell shoppers to check current stock when they return to buy.
