What can the AI app do?

It can read live tutorials, inspect the public API, and call supported operations within the stores and permissions you approve.

Can it change data without asking?

Burbuxa requires a preview and a payload-bound confirmation token before supported mutations execute.

What if my AI app blocks a change after the preview?

If the app asks for tool approval, approve only the intended call. Do not choose 'Always allow' for a tool that can change data; approve each change separately. If its safety checks block the call, contact the app provider. Before retrying, check any available Burbuxa execution status and whether the change was saved. If execution is pending, failed, or its outcome is unknown, do not retry; contact Burbuxa support. A failed execution needs confirmation that it had no side effect before a new idempotency key is used. A preview alone does not save a change. If Burbuxa confirms there is no execution record and no saved change, request a new preview with the original idempotency key for the same store and the same change after the block is resolved. Use that key to execute.

Do tutorial updates appear automatically?

Yes. Burbuxa reads the published Google Docs graph and refreshes its bounded cache automatically.

Security boundary

The connection cannot step outside your Burbuxa access.

Every request is tied to the approved user, selected store, AI app, resource, and permissions. Every store member can view and revoke their own AI connections. Owners and full-access users can review all store connections and manage API keys. Platform administrators revoke an all-store connection for every current and future store at once.
