Why Operations is the role-agent we're exploring next
Vendor lead times, supplier identifiers, and order-history pattern recognition compound into LatAm-specific defensibility. There's no serious bundled-platform competitor here. The merchant ROI is concrete — 'you would have stocked out in N days; here is the PO draft' — and the depth required is exactly the kind that takes long enough to build that bundled platforms can't ship it cheaply.

- Stockout alerts before they bite — with lead time as the variable
- Fulfillment exception handling (lost shipments, damaged returns, 3PL coordination signals)

When does it launch?
There's no public launch date. Operations advances when its validation gate opens — pilot merchants act on its recommendations, we see a demonstrable inventory outcome, and supplier integration works beyond the pilot. If those don't happen, we either fix it or pivot.

We don't run an early-access list. If you want to be a pilot merchant, the right move is a real conversation, not an email form.
